I complited survey for 6 tokens and this is dont working.

Co się wtedy stało?
App dont add 6 tokens to my account, when i try do it second time a have answer at page:
You have already completed this survey.
I lost 0,5h for nothing :/

I tryed click on link, but still nothing. 

Hi I just logged in as your account and used the link I gave you and it rewarded the 6 tokens as expected, you should see the 6 tokens in your account now

Took the survey, didn't get the tokens. 

Did you click on claim reward on the last page? You need to open this in the app, or the same logged in account you went to the survey on.

The reward links are connected to the app user not redeemable on any other user

I took the survey on my phone and originally my game would constantly crash and attempt to reboot itself after I took the survey. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the game but that didn't fix it. So I came on my laptop to come make a forum post about it. As I was on here my phone eventually reached the "no connection" screen for the game. I pressed "retry connection" and my game loaded up. However I'm not sure I got the tokens either.

Actually mine did the same. I just didnt get into the details.

Can you in-game message me the links to your rewards so I can verify you are getting the right codes from the 3rd party that is hosting the survey, you should be able to long hold on the clink and copy it.

Hi,  I wanted to let you know I never recieved the 6 tokens from completing the survey in the shop. After completing the long survey it said purchase failed. Can you look into this for me please?

We are keeping an eye on the situation and working with our partners that supply the survey.

We have tweaked the final page a little bit so the reward link that you need to click and redeem through the app.

I will send in game messages with reward links to users that don't appear to of fully claimed the tokens tomorrow at some point.

The link you receive will only work with the user that requested the survey, you will get purchase failed messages if you use a different account.

If you can please in-game message me your links you have. You should be okay to post them here too as they are locked to everyone's personal accounts, but it depends on how you feel.

I clicked on redeem the survey and i didn't received any reward  too
