Guy moved from other league

What happened instead?
He was in Pro in old league (lvl 20) and moved to our league where we only race in elite why hes movet to pro not elite?

So could you promote our driver Fimitris Gikkas from pro to elite? Because hes only one in pro. Other acc isnt active
