The current reputation system feels very flawed since it favors managers who race in 7 days a week leagues. Managers who compete in far stronger leagues with better managers have no chance to climb up the reputation ladder as high as they once were even though they were once 10k managers.

I recognize the system was implemented to erase the problem of managers sitting at 10k reputation and stop playing aswell as giving an incentive to managers that have the highest rep during a month. That being said I still think that the current system is inferior to the old reputation system but that is nothing that can't be fixed.

A simple solution would be to detect how many days a manager races in a league and adjust his/her reputation gains based on that.
An example: We have Manager XY and he gains 36 reputation for a win. He races in a 5 days a week league. His reputation gain should be
(Rep. gain) ÷(days being raced by the league) ×7
Therefore: 36 ÷5 ×7 = 50 (50.4) reputation gain

Of course this could be able to be exploited by league hopping but in most cases people will give up their car design when doing a league switch and are then unlikely to be competitive which will most likely result in a rep. loss.

Hopefully you consider this suggestion.

it actually is, seems like i missed this thread when i started mine. the suggestion also got rejected.. really sad to see a good suggestion that wants to promote competitive integrity go to waste while playing everyday even if in a weaker league is the thing you need to do if you want to be on top.

Thats my and your point, we will be seen as weaker leagues just because we have a real life, not beeing able to put in 7 races a week. No disrespect to 7 races a week racers.

That's ok I already know I don't have a life. But yeah I would also be ok with this despite racing 7 days a week myself.

Great idea, so if we keep on going making new Suggestions with the same idea it might be implemented like the safety car:)
The difference is that this suggestion improves the game:)
The whole calculation is flawed...
Online activity of the opponents and strength of a league has to be added, too. I think the 2nd point is now impossible to implement because all leagues are the same...

Regarding the matter I also just realized that the 'Reach 10.000 reputation' achievement and similar ones are now literally unachievable. Design oversight much?
