Mabye its because the update, but after i update the game: when i log in, then after a minute or something the game crash...this happens a couple of time and then its good

My phone is suffering from freezing out. Never get on the app for more than a bout 1 minute and it freezes. All menu pages and race screens suffer the same.

As yet I've not tried 3D as I'm waiting for it to get 'ironed' out a bit more by you guys. I love where your heading with this game, the ambition is great and I'm more than willing to wait til she's sorted

Sometimes the app freezes on the loading screen... I've uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times now and still my app freezes.

I run 420 Racing league, running a league is getting really tricky when I can't stay logged in!

I use a SamsungJ5 2016.

Edit* I've had to type this in messenger, then copy and paste it over to the forum as the forum pages also freeze me out.

Keep up the good work Devs, Kudos to you all as this stuff cannot be easy ?

I don’t know if this is exactly the same issue but while button-bashing through the forum, I have noticed that when I tap on someone’s profile from the forum and it jumps back into the main game app then try to navigate the menus, it seems to trigger a crash event and my phone goes into meltdown for a while.
I haven’t downloaded the “big” update on this device yet but it seems to follow the same pattern that is being described.
It’s an iPhone 7 on iOS version 14.4.2

EDIT: Then I try to replicate it again and everything is working perfectly! ?‍♂️?

My Verizon ellipsis 10HD android tablet is exhibiting these crash symptoms. Also, before it crashes, I get these weird flashes on the screen, as if another page is trying to load on top of the current page I'm on. Submitted a crash report via Google play store.

No changes - crashes, lags, bugs etc.

Hi I have been experiencing this since the update but today for some reason it has become much worse. 
I'm on HUAWEI P Smart ~ Android Version 9

Exactly the same problem. Crash, after crash, after crash.. Any solutions ? Android, huawai here. I can't play anymore with pleasure.. It takes 20 minutes to make any action in the game.

I have same problem just trying to cancel things out of what it maybe as not to much into bugs and stuff lol but I have a internet speed 72 mbps or whatever is that ok ...tonite was extremely weird it's froze while playing and I tried to cancel and go to my app screen on tablet but screen went black and could here race in background  and even my on and off button couldn't override it even when shutting cover should off cut it out could still here it playing but not on .....left it half hour and it was back to normal so turned back on and a square close app sign was in middle of screen pressed it a for a split second a second  square flashed up but only had chance to glimpse it but it said something like .....whizz app something or other ? .............does this help then I went this ..

Just to update on this, it has improved for me since the new images were displayed in the shops, it then became a lot more stable with just the odd crash here and there. Unfortunately I see others are still experiencing problems though.

For some reason it's gone very unstable for me again with a lot of crashes today. 

Hi I'm just wondering if there's any update on this. At the moment I'm inactive with this account but I have two other accounts that I race with on this device, under name "Paulo Maldini" and unfortunately the game has become very unstable for me. Normally it was crashing while navigating the menus and particularly in race data pages but today it also crashed about 4 times during my race. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling but it's still crahing a lot while navigating. Would appreciate any help with this as I'm a very active player for the past year and would be very disappointed if this update is going to mean the end of my igp racing ?

A work around I'm using on my android tablet is to, instead of using the app, use my web browser to log into and play the game on the website. I use Brave web browser and haven't experienced any issues using that method. 

Tnx for the tip Lighting, I'm on a Huawei P smart, android and tried to join a race through Chrome web browser but wouldn't allow me to join the race, although the race did happen. If I hit go to race nothing would happen. It's more or less the same thing on my fire kindle tablet although this device is kind of old now so I wouldn't expect much from it tbh. 

The app[v4.003] on Android has been the worst for the last 3 days now, continually crashing every few minutes whilst simply navigating. I've lost count how many ads I've had to re-watch also. Just glad I use PC for races.
Next update better be out early next week and solve this issue.
