What did you try to do?
stop the pause somehow

What happened instead?
thats irrelevant with this

lenovo android tablet

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
what is that

Can the bug be reproduced?
dont know, no one else i have heard say about this

Additional comments:
since i got the new update, my tablet has kept on pausing its screen on iGP and it makes you not be able to interact with it. what you have to do is turn it off, log back in, close the tab and reopen

i I'm no tech god but this is something it says on a sticker at the backdont know if this is personalised to the tablet but it says some code things assumingly called S/N and P/N for it says that before. is it that?


i dont know if its something like a password for the tablet so i might PM it to you if youre ok with that

Hello,

The easiest way is the following:

Go to the Settings or Options menu (on your device, not the app), scroll to the bottom of the list, and check 'About phone', 'About device' or similar. The device name and modelnumber should be listed.

Thank you very much. Your tablet only have 2 GB RAM, can you try to close all the apps on the multitask and retry to open the game please? Only have iGP Manager opened. We suspect devices with low RAM are struggling, maybe this helps.

Correct. Try closing everything there then relaunch iGP. If that doesn't work then you might need to follow this thread. We're dealing with reports of random crashes but can't replicate them yet.

thanks its currently on its best run since the new update

also i would like to say thanks for the new update. i remember about 4 months ago i had a picture in my head of iGP in 3d yet i considered it a whole different world from how 2d was. it may get quite alot of criticism and it probably is a headache yet if you and the team have proven that you can make that the change from 2d to 3d i definetly wouldn't put it past you getting the bugs fixed, good luck😁.

i meant that it didnt pause for about 40 mins and by then i had the important stuff like setup and strat for next race done with.
