a question for the developers. is it possible to restore the previous version of the game before the updates in 3D? I'm a supporter of the old version, and so are my friends. The 2D version of the game was much better! with real tracks and circles. now the tracks look ugly and with more laps. this is no longer like real f1. what is happening now is some kind of misunderstanding, not a game. all the desire to play completely disappears. why was it necessary to make 3D? after all, it was a great game. P. s do not suggest that I just switch the view to 2D. this is not an option. we want old tracks and normal laps!

The circuits changed their design for copiright and license issues if I'm not mistaken. And if you don't want to play in 3D, you have the option to continue in 2D.

the thing is that 2D is also glitchy

also you could give suggestions for changing the old tracks

3D is probably running smoother than 2D at the moment. I addressed this over in the main bugs thread. Things should change later this week, we're almost done with a patch that will make 2D use the same code as 3D to animate the cars. 3D has to be much higher resolution due to how close the cameras can get (onboard), so 2D should look even smoother than it did before the 3D release when it gets this code. Imagine how smooth the onboards look since version 4.003 (if you haven't tried that version in 3D, you should), zoomed out to the level of 2D.
