Hey,

our Monaco race just crashed at around lap 20 ("Connection problem"). It then seemed to be restarted, but I was not able to join again. As a consequence, I overheated my tyres.

In order to restore equal opportunities for all managers, we like to ask for a restart of the Monaco race for tomorrow (29th August) at the usual time.

Our room is still running from THURSDAY..

We can not race tonight because it's still in crash mode.... We can't design either..

I have postponed and reset the affected races.

Sorry for the delay. I've been very busy with the move (I recently moved to Norway from London) and the postage company has really screwd up in a big way. To cut a long story short, my PC has no been shipped to me yet (they shipped it to the wrong country and almost lost it) and I'm working from laptops and my phone in the interim. Until they get their act together and deliver my PC it's going to be difficult to resume a normal workflow.

Jack, sorry for those complications, perhaps they didnt had geography in school...

Today my league didn't had the Bahrein race. It said RACE NOT OPEN and nobody could enter.
Can you re-scheduled it to Tuesday 2, the next day we race?

Jack, in the F1 GP league, the monaco race crashed aon lap 35, and the results still aren't showing.

Hi again Jack.
When i go to SPECTATE, all yesterday's races from 21:10 to 22:00 are locked in the system. In the main page there's the GO TO RACE sign, but the race never took place (yesterday at 22:00 Portugal), and in the main screen it's locked or blocked.

Can you please see this? Thanks!
(i know you're having trouble to assist us because of the lack of your PC)

I'm having the same problem as Ricardo in my league.. Australia race still "live" since 22h of yesterday (Portugal hour)..
What can we do to solve this?

Same here, I race in the Championship Racing league and our German GP has been stuck since 22:00 GMT and my home page still has 'Go To Race' button.

I am assuming its a system crash of some kind that they are hopefully sorting out.......

Are there not other staff at iGp? I'm not trying to be rude, but if there isn't, you work extremely hard, its obvious when your here, and when your not! :3

Sorry for the delay again, my situation has not changed and I am pretty much the only person that works on iGP when it comes to this stuff. There will be a lot more going on once my PC arrives (which, having spoken to the couriers should be this week).

Obviously we want to make the systems behind iGP more scalable and less dependent on individuals so that situations like this become impossible. Work has been underway for a few days to improve several aspects of the stability of the service. This will take months to complete rather than weeks, but it will be worth it.

Hi Jack, I was wondering if you are keeping updated with future leagues' crashes/connection problems? My league Oppositelock has lost its connection for the race we were supposed to have right now at Suzuka.

Our league "Oppositelock" is currently stuck in "Live Race" mode and we were never able to see any of the race. It comes up and says "Race is Closed". Not sure what options we have at this point?
