My car became bleached, including wheels and floor. I tried again and the same happened.

I dont necessary want anything done, but it's annoying.
I mentioned it (thinking others had the same issue) here https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread/44138 (but it was a seprate issue.
Also, attempting to download my car comes up not as an image but a file, something I have never seen before
