I would like to see an option added to drivers ability like you have on Chief Designer.
You would still train your driver as normal but drivers would have certain strengths/weaknesses I.e. strength = tyre management, weakness = wet weather
What do you think?  A small tweak but could make the difference when everybody has trained their driver to 20 on everything.

Hello,

It's an interesting idea imo and if implemented similarly to this suggestion made a few days ago (https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread/44620) I could see it being a good addition. 

It would have benefits for iGP Manager (people might end up buying more tokens) and would add an extra element to driver strategy as you would have to see which strengths and weaknesses are the most effective.

It would work in the same way as the CD, either find a driver with the right strength/weakness or pay 50 tokens to change.
Some options could be:
Wet weather
Attacking
Defending
Tyre management
Fuel management
Race start

The possibilities are endless! 
Wouldn't change push level in a race, just adds another dimension to racing and how you would set your car development as well.

I suspect these abilities are already in the game as hidden attributes amd personally I think they should stay hidden.  

This is a strategy game so a good Manager should be able to work out over time where their cars and drivers excel.  For example,  in the leagues I have competed in I’ve come across at least 3 managers whose drivers seem to excel in rain and finish far higher up the standings than they do in a dry race.  Revealing too many attributes just dumbs the game down in my opinion and makes it 
less of a challenge.

I asked about hidden talents because my old driver was amazing in the rain, and my mates driver hated 3 stops. But when I asked they said there was no Hidden talents or attributes. I think there should be.
