Add a dislike button

Hi  

I'm pretty new to using the forums and I feel like that adding a dislike button next to the upvote button to save people having to read a whole stupid idea only to realise to not a good idea...it would also make it a lot easier for the devs/mods to see which idea's people want and what people don't!

It used to be a thing until The devs removed it, most of the community want it back from what I have seen, It probably won’t be added back for a while, or it will never be added back since some people were using it in malicious ways.
