Delete the permanent tokens for transfers.  Only when you won it you should lose the tokens. Tokens are too rare and because of this it is really hard to begin good

Hello,
In an announcement post on the forum, Jack announced that losing an auction will no longer take tokens away (however, the update has been slightly delayed). 
"The current/old system has potential to lose Tokens in bidding and scouting, and that's something we have wanted to change in this redesign."
