First of all I want to say well done to all involved in this game and keep up the good work! I have an older account with a higher level team but I made a new team and got other friends from a discord group to join it. Its been a success with people making their own spreadsheets, banter in discord chat during the race, roleplay with regard to teams and results and a friendly but competitive atmosphere. Anyway onto the ideas:
1). The ability to manually promote and demote anyone in private league. For this to happen but not unbalance the game, the league will be independent of the main Rookie Pro Elite tiers. This means that if a team left the league, the team would automatically revert back to the original tier before entering the league. This would mean I would be able to put everyone up from Rookie as I got almost all to start at the same time, into Elite so that we can benefit from the setups difference and higher research limits.
2). Which leads me onto idea 2. Setups reworked. a). According to the figures released as part of a guide for setups, it seems that alot of the numbers arent being used. Monaco for example has highest aero yet is barely over half way of available numbers and elite is nowhere near. However for track like Montreal and Monza, the ideal wing setting could be -6 or so as the figure of 1 is for rookie pro and elite. At some point will a new set of numbers be formed? Even the amount of criteria increased, for example brake bias, gear length? b). Can setups be tied into the level of your car? So for example team A has 20pts on downforce team B has 10 pts. In race setup team A can use 6 wing but team B uses 8 wing causing it to be slower down the straight.
3). Ability to lock in rules of tyre choices if fixed or the ability to use 2 types minimum.
4). A trophy cabinet when you look at the team for drivers and team titles (1st 2nd 3rd)
I am sorry if i have ranted and if I should have seperated these ideas as I didnt want to spam forum with several different titles.
Thanks for your time if you have read this far. :)
