Hi.  I'm in trouble in the league.  The player https://igpmanager.com/app/d=profile&manager=2394747&tab=overview  has lost access to the account.  I ask you to transfer to it mail a password and I exactly had it that nim entered during registration.  Thanks in advance.

Thanks, I know about this link. He cannot take advantage of this. Writes that the name of the mail is not correct. I confirm that this account belongs to this person. I have a connection with him via the Telegram messenger. He has a new gadget, maybe that's the problem.
I cannot do it for him. Please send him access to this account by e-mail. This is the third person in my league to lose access to their accounts. The first two started anew and reached the elite.

Nothing I can do as a Mod Igor but I will escalate this thread to the Support team in the hope that they can help.

But TBH even if it says the email address to which he's trying to sign in is incorrect I see no reason why he can't use option 3 on the above linked help.

Hello,

Please have the manager send us an email to support support@igpgames.com with the following information :

Profile name
Team name
League name
How many tokens does your account have?
How much cash does your account have?
What is the highest level building in the headquarters? (if more than one are the same level, please clarify which)

This information will be used to authenticate the account belongs to the rightful owner who is attempting to recover their account.
If the information cannot be considered sufficient enough to serve as proof of account ownership, we are unable to assist in recovering the account.
