Sure, just go to Account > Settings > Team and at the bottom "Reset my team".

To everyone who didn't receive an email - What is your mail preference on this page?

Specifically for these settings:
  • Is "Any Other in-game Mail" set to Yes or No?
  • Is "Disable all above mail notifications (overrides defined preferences)" checked or not?
