Race time issue.

For this current race at Texas the timer i noticed (an hour and a half-ish out from usual Race start) that it said 23mins so i posted up that the race is starting in 23mins, then 9 as it locked out.. but then no qualy times came up and a couple said that their timer still showed an hour or so to go. I kept an eye on it and the qualy times never came out at all and at midnight (NZ time) the race did not start, but i am still locked out of the Next Race practice screen which still shows the practice/qualy/race screen. lol. 

weird. 

Both app and browser. I did notice the 00:00 (midnight NZ time) on the setup page, where i had changed the season break to 7 days, but i hadn't changed the time at all.. NZ DLS was 2 weekends ago so it's not that and UK is next weekend so i have no idea what it's up to. 

(currently as i finish this the race is still locked out)

In regards to the timer yes it still says midnight NZ time. 
In regards to the race lock out an hour early, i don't know because we haven't had another race since but know tonight if it does the same thing.. which i assume it will.  

Yep, it's done the same thing. UK DLS next weekend anyway so will see where it at then.

Same thing every race since. Season has ended and UK DLS is this weekend coming not this weekend gone. Will see where it is all at then. 

It is currently on target, still another week until the 1st race of the new season so can't tell if it will lockout an hour early again or not until then, and won't know until Monday if the UK DLS will change the time. Will keep you posted.

It was due to start at 12 midnight NZT and even locked out and the timer showed a minute to go, but a UK member says at that time it was showing an hour to go. The Edit league time was at 00:00 now it's showing 01:00 (+13hrs GMT), so it should have been showing that it would start at 11am in the UK, not 12pm. 

Still showing as 12pm start uk rather than 11am for next race on Friday 

Well… The host can set it 1 hour earlier.

Right now it is indeed scheduled at 12:00 GMT.

As long as there are more than 24h before race start, the change can be made by the league host without needing fixes from the support team.

It is LOCKING OUT for me an hour before the race actually starts, which is an hour and 10mins later than it is set, so tell me how changing the time in league will fix this. Next time actually understand the issue before you comment. 

JM: It is still showing 12am for me. Maybe i should just make you host and you can deal with condescending - can't be bothered understanding the issue can't be bothered looking at the fact that a support person is already looking into it - twats like Mihal

I highly recommend just ignoring posts or people you don’t like in future instead of calling them names out of the blue. Might help with some potential bruises.

Could you try setting your in-game time zone to GMT (current UK time) and then adjusting the league to 11:00?

Once you go back to automatic time zone the hours should be right for you too, no? 🤔

Also, man up and apologise for doing exactly what you and i both know you were doing. Might help with in future not getting your dial cracked. 

I sent you some mail earlier but i have found something.. It was on GMT +13hrs now on GMT +12hrs, (which you may have changed?) still did the same thing.. except the app this time i noticed was on 1am, where both the browser and app were on GMT +13hrs previously in edit time and the browsers race clock and the league ad, and the track list were all showing midnight. 1 manager had been locked out at 11:50pm as well that i'm aware of and all the rest that mentioned it were locked out at 12:50am.. so i think there is an issue with the browser and the app having a tiff. I uninstalled the mobile app to see what it will do next time just musing that maybe that app was doing something to upset the apple cart, and will change the browser back to +13hrs and see what happens. 

Yep i saw that. Both track lists (browser and app) are now showing 1am so the next race should lock out at 12:50am, and race at 1am. Hopefully. Probably should have just uninstalled the mobile app and then run the next race to see what it would do first but i think you may be right that it was the mobile app when fired up had most likely reset or conflicted the time with the server and/or browser somehow although like i say, i only saw the difference before this race and not with the others so yea.. really odd.
