Paypal Payments

I'm having so much trouble getting my subscirption trough paypal.
I do have money on my paypal account but somehow it just doesnt want to make the payment from my paypal account. It automatically wants to take money from my bank account.
Is there someone who knows this problem and knows how to get the settings or something right?
