What did you try to do?
Pit for different tires, use ers, change push meter
What happened instead?
Did not make tire changes, did not use ers, and the push meter did not work. Tire Temps were all over the place for just about everyone, and many people could not change tire strats mid-race like you are supposed to. Big big glitches.
It seems that only bots would use ers, but only for some ppl.

Just about everyone in the Discormula league, in pro had it happen in the Singapore race

Yeah, only the bots who were racing could pit and use energy, the players couldn't do anything, please look at this and fix it asap

i was victim of this too, and i lost the championship because of it, i am darn pissed right now

Another victim here, i had like 5 liters of fuel in the last lap, but it just burned them and i ran out of fuel

Those are symptoms occuring if a player who failed to update the app manages to join a no-refueling live race. Once that manager performs a pit stop the race service goes haywire and refuses any further input from anyone in the race.
If the race should be re-run the league host can post a request as described by the OP in
this thread.
