Old account

Hello everyone! I've got an old account I wanna have back. Should I contact iGP through the "Help and Support" option in the game? Or is the forum a better place? Anyways, I'm not in a rush since all my good drivers & good staff are gone by now, but I was on lvl 20 already, so it'd be quite time-saving for me (I wouldn't have to grind all the way up again, also had some high-lvl HQs). Also, the account name and team name is the exact same as the one I have now, I hope that isn't a problem.
