Race Advanced Settings

Hello
I like to preset advanced settings in races, such as when to switch to wet tyres and when not to. However, I can never get it work work, even close.

And ideas? What mm of water should switch to intermediate?
And when it's dry for how many laps should I switch back?

Hey Brad,

Switching back to dry tyres dependent on the real time weather of course as to if or when the rain stops, as well as how quickly the track dries up. If you're curious how you can get onto intermediates as quickly as possible when rain starts, you can leave the value at 0mm and when it hits 0.01mm you will pit.

If I know I may lose connection or make a portion of the race, I'll set mine to 0mm and 5-7 laps (obviously there are extremes in either direction) depending on how heavy the rain is expected to be.

Hope that gives you a rough idea of how the advanced strategy will work. There are also guides detailing precisely when those take effect.
