Was hast du versucht zu tun?
We drove our league race in japan, after about 25 laps the race crashed and that was it. Kindly ask for a rerun in the name of our Host Mahdi Kahrobi

One of the servers running races has experienced an outage or potential failure. This has caused the races running on it to not complete or post results and some of the races which were scheduled for 18:00 GMT started 1-2 minutes late as they were moved to a working server on short notice.

This incident is unrelated to the recent server migration despite the close proximity in time to that. The server has been with us for years. We are investigating what has caused this now.

Our server provider has issued an update. There has been a switch fault at their datacenter, in their words:
We are currently experiencing a fault. Our technicians are working hard on analyzing the cause of the interruption in order to solve the issue. Please bear with us. As soon as more information is available, we shall inform you. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.

To reiterate, this is 100% external to us. The company providing our servers is experiencing a switch fault (their words) which has caused a partial outage on our end, as we rely on them for the servers. To minimise the impact we have taken their servers out of circulation and are currently running on ones from other datacenters. The service should be fine like this, though you may experience a little more lag for the remainder of the night as more load will be placed on other servers than normal.

hello, today's race didn't seem to be going well and suddenly I saw later that it had started later. I think it's unfair because many didn't even know it had started. boost was running low too. is very unfair, it can be restarted.

Are we talking about one of the races that started 1 to 2 minutes late? Apologies for any inconvenience, it caught us by surprise as much as you. I think only 6 or so races were impacted in this way and I'll let support take the situation from here.

Apologies for the inconvenience, it’s as frustrating for us as it is for you. The shortage is completely external to us.

We have moved the whole service to the servers unaffected.

What did you try to do?
15 Minutes before the race I wanted to do some more qualifying laps but I could not.

What happened instead?
It was shown "car on the track". The site was stuck and I could not change to another site. After a while the result "0:00:000" appeared. I reopened the browser and tried with the other driver. The same issue occured. Same with Mobile and PC
