Hey manager,
If you're experiencing technical issues during a race and want to request a rerun, simply notify your league host and explain the issue you're facing. If you're the league host follow the steps in this topic to request a race rerun.
- Make sure that a significant number of players within your league have been affected by the service issue. Please note that a rerun will affect all league tiers (Rookie, Pro, Elite).
- Mention the race track affected (e.g. iGP Spain race, iGP Great Britain, etc).
- Share details about the issue if possible, number of players affected, platform, estimated hour of the beginning of the problem, etc.
- The request must be made 12 hours before the start of the next race to give time to support agents to perform the requested action and also to guarantee that other leagues member have time to prepare their new setup and strategy. If the request doesn't meet this point the affected racer will be marked as Skipped and the results will be erased.
NOTE: Unfortunately it is not possible to make a rerun of the last race of the season. In these cases we offer the option to delete the results by marking the race as Skipped. We understand the compromise this can cause but a rerun of the last race of the season can compromise league statistics, promotion and relegation, car design for next season, driver/staff contracts and other aspects of the gameplay.
FAQs:
How long will it take for support to review my application?
On weekdays a few hours, on weekends the response time may be slightly longer. Normally requests are reviewed by support agents, if they are not available they will be dealt with by other staff members.
Is there any way to speed up the response time?
Yes, avoid making requests through other support channels. Race rerun requests are only handled in this forum topic. You can also make it easier by including as much information as possible.
Why has my request still not been dealt with by Support even though the Developers are working on the problem?
Support agents cannot work on rerun requests until the development team has ensured that the source of the bug is fixed, e.g. server errors, service outages, problems with new code or game features, scheduled or emergency maintenance, etc. This may also be affected by issues external to iGP Games such as problems with our hosting provider.

Today we was being affeced by server issue and race was restarting before the last lap of the race. Can we rerun a race tomorrow?

Today, when were in the middle of the iGP China race, the game gave an error and threw all of us out of the game. When we tried to enter the game again, we realized that the game started from thr first lap. We want the race to be repeated because we were affecte by this problem as the whole league.

@Titan Jr as far as I know only two people quit after the restart: Chris Albrecht and Stefano Italy and that hardly made a difference in the end result. It seems to me unfair for all others who did the complete distance and we had a great battle to the flag, I heard no one complain or ask for a rerun. As our host you could at least ask if anyone wants a rerun before deciding on your own but this is just my opinion. JT

Hi, I am the host of Liga Fantasma, league ID 142253. We have just had our usual league race at Spain which started at 22.30. Unfortunately Our qualifying for the race in Spain was broken, having Medium tyre cars out qualifying soft tyre cars, I feel the fairest way to resolve this is to have the race re-run if this is at all possible. Our races run at 22.30 every day for your information. Would like the re-run to take place tomorrow Saturday 15th, if this is possible. Hello,
In our league race today (turkey), something strange happened. Around lap 30 everyone got kicked out of the race and then the race restarted itself. Some people were able to rejoin, but not everyone. Would it be possible to re-run the Turkey IGP, so everybody has a new fair shot at this race?
