Today in our league(DWC) we had a race at turkey and no one was able to enter the race today in Elite. First of all thanks to the devs for letting us know what the issue was.But the race was skipped.
The entire league wants to have a rerun of this race tomorrow.The DWC community would appreciate it, if the Devs can make this happen.

When were in the middle of the iGP France race, the game gave an error and threw all of us out of the game. When we tried to enter the game again, we realized that the game started from the first lap. The weather was rainy in the first race but there was no rain in the second one. So, some friends of us were not ready to this change. So, we want the race to be repeated.

When we tried to enter the game again, we realized that the race restarted from the first lap. It only affected the elite tier, but I made a poll so that rookie and pro managers could vote too. The majority decided to ask for a rerun. Please, wipe out the results and reschedule the race for tomorrow. Thank you very much.

Hey manager,
If you're experiencing technical issues during a race and want to request a rerun, simply notify your league host and explain the issue you're facing. If you're the league host follow the steps in this topic to request a race rerun.
- Make sure that a significant number of players within your league have been affected by the service issue. Please note that a rerun will affect all league tiers (Rookie, Pro, Elite).
- Mention the race track affected (e.g. iGP Spain race, iGP Great Britain, etc).
- Share details about the issue if possible, number of players affected, platform, estimated hour of the beginning of the problem, etc.
- The request must be made 12 hours before the start of the next race to give time to support agents to perform the requested action and also to guarantee that other leagues member have time to prepare their new setup and strategy. If the request doesn't meet this point the affected racer will be marked as Skipped and the results will be erased.
NOTE: Unfortunately it is not possible to make a rerun of the last race of the season. In these cases we offer the option to delete the results by marking the race as Skipped. We understand the compromise this can cause but a rerun of the last race of the season can compromise league statistics, promotion and relegation, car design for next season, driver/staff contracts and other aspects of the gameplay.

How long will it take for support to review my application?
On weekdays a few hours, on weekends the response time may be slightly longer. Normally requests are reviewed by support agents, if they are not available they will be dealt with by other staff members.
Is there any way to speed up the response time?
Yes, avoid making requests through other support channels. Race rerun requests are only handled in this forum topic. You can also make it easier by including as much information as possible.
Why has my request still not been dealt with by Support even though the Developers are working on the problem?
Support agents cannot work on rerun requests until the development team has ensured that the source of the bug is fixed, e.g. server errors, service outages, problems with new code or game features, scheduled or emergency maintenance, etc. This may also be affected by issues external to iGP Games such as problems with our hosting provider.
1. Yes majority of the league members were impacted by the problem.
2. iGP Monaco was the race.
3. A lot of the members either couldn’t log on at all or logged on late with the game only loading to 20%. This affected overall gameplay within the league and it has been requested by the members to be rerun.

Unfortunately it isn't possible to apply for a rerun because there has already been another race. The best I can do is to delete the results to make it fair for everyone... Is that ok?

Hi today we have a race in italy and i was 1-2 since game crashed and race started again, and i was definitely gonna finish the race 1-2 after it crashed i finished 1-3 if you can see replays of race please take a look, my %100 1-2 is gone.
Oh i forgot to say how many players affected from this: all players said that they affected from this bug (people were online others were offline)
*and also idk if its possible but please disable the strategy changes, even in the race because they saw my strategy and they are gonna use my strategy probably if race rerun.
