In response to your reports, I've just restarted some services which allow connections to the servers. Does the issue persist for you? If so, we may need a developer to look in to this on Monday.

In my case, the race is continuing despite the fact that it should have ended more than 20 minutes ago

still persists, and it only affects this account, on all devices except mobile. Even Tram hasn't been able to play 3D viewer on PC or Pad for a long time now.

Installed/uninstalled. 2D and 3D viewer on PC and PC app are not working on this particular account. This keeps happening every couple of weeks.


So league race has ended miserably with result that it gave. I joined a Sprint race with no problems.

PLease fix this and make it your top priority. If I am forced to play a race again from my phone I will never play again

Your race is the only one in the service that isn't running. It looks broken, I tried to compile results but no luck. It may need to be skipped.

Is the windows build logged in to one of your other accounts per chance? E.g. maybe you logged in on web then launched the windows 3D viewer? It's one way I could imagine an issue like this being account-linked rather than device-linked.

My Windows iGP app was logged into the correct account for sure. Uninstalled/Reinstalled, hard-deleted all files, cleared cache, logged in and out multiple times. Couldn't join the race, couldn't spectate other leagues.

Moment the Race was over, I could join and fully view/participate in a Sprint.

And it's happening again. I cannot join my race. I'm so tired of this.

Also when I launch from the launcher after reinstalling for the #th time.. it hangs here:



Only way I can get into the game is running the executable directly AND still getting the cannot connect error from previous.

Unable to Join only occurs:
> When I attempt to join my league race.

I can join a race when:
> Spectating other leagues on this account/other accounts fine on 3D PC app.
> Sprint races (on this account) works fine on 3D PC app.
> League and Sprint Races on other accounts work fine on 3D PC app

I've been unfortunately asking for help about this for over a month now, you guys really seem to want me not want to participate in this after being here for over 12 years. Not asking for special help, I am asking to genuinely being allowed to play the game. Nobody has offered to directly help, only ask a question and then never respond to the response I give.

Hey Amelia,

As you can see, I've logged in your account during today's race and successfully used the chat as well. It looks like something isolated to your laptop.

Do you've access to any other PC or laptop so you can check if the assumption about being isolated to your laptop is right/wrong? That would be very helpful since we don't have any other report of this kind and we didn't for a good while now.

Doesn't make sense though, I can race a FULL 3D race on any other account on the windows install. 


Update: As expected, I am able to view and participate in a Sprint Race on 3D PC App on this account:

PC app on this computer works PERFECTLY fine with other account's league race. I ran a league race in BRL Pro on another account the other day with no issues.

As for other devices, other than this very high end PC I am using, nothing but my phone.

Also to point out couldn't join the League Race on Browser 2D either on this account. Other accounts work fine. 

Just League races on this account I cannot access other than my phone which makes absolutely no sense if it works for other accounts perfectly fine. My account is one of the oldest accounts, very few accounts if any that have IDs below 5213.
