You posted that you could join sprint races, to me this reads as you informing us that the issue had resolved. I imagine this is why it was marked as resolved.
Are you saying you and other's cannot join a race right now? Or that you had a problem which has since gone away and you are looking for an explanation? This isn't clear to me still.
Please could you provide some information on the issue so it can be understood. Things such as which players are affected, links to the affected race. The browsers you attempted to use, the version of the windows app you are currently using etc.
Me and some other managers cannot join league races. We're weekly so we cannot test this again until this saturday. I have no interest in waiting on Saturday to test this, nor will I be leaving the league. Please follow through the information logged as me and a few managers have been attempting to join the 3D viewer. Tramontana also hasn't been able to join races for a few weeks. I am now having the exact same issue as them.

Sprint races are not League races. Please do not confuse the resources and information used between the two features. Problems encountered on Sprint Races should not be compared to League Races. It's complete absurd to even consider that.
I will be very frank, latest applications, installs, versions, software available for all things concerned. Multiple devices. We were only able to join on mobile but not on PC App or Browsers.
please look into the reason why my connections to the 3D and 2D viewer was halted at Connecting and why the game wouldn't load for a league race but would for a Sprint Race.

I don't get why you guys haven't quickly taken 10seconds to see we race weekly and this was being posted during the race event we had in our most recent race event. That would of been the first thing I would of checked and then I would of loaded what log information is available for that race and look at connection messages and information that came through on the Unity console or even the logs itself.
Managers that have confirmed for sure they still cannot rejoin: (will update as we go) Myself (My PC 3d Viewer worked in the event prior) Vincent Tramontana (issue has been persisting for weeks, I thought he had it fixed, I have now got the same issue as him now.)
There are others but I haven't received confirmation from them.
My league manager account could join both Pro and Elite Races.

I also deleted this file and all it's contents, removed applications and reinstalled it fresh and still had the same issue.
Just to be clear, we are aware you only race once a week.
I'm still a bit confused whether your connection problem is isolated to just the 3D viewer or whether you experience the problem in both 3D and 2D?
The other account you mention, Vincent Tramontana, for how many races have they not been able to attend?
Not sure how many races Tram has been affected by this. But this was impacting both 2D and 3D viewers on PC on App/Browsers for league races for me and him on these two accounts.
When I used my League manager account, were able to join the Elite Race to spectate without any issues. But for us all race, we could only join on our phones.
Loading would say Connected and freeze around 34-37% and then nothing.
