Abnormal slow lap for some cars

Some cars, during the race, had a really slow lap (something like 7s off pace). normal pace was restored on the subsequent laps. This did not happen for all cars.

Just raced Azerbaijan and indeed it happened again, for multiple cars, this time in some cases in successive laps.

Also, there was a big jump in the pits, which shortened the pitlane time significantly (didn't do the maths, but I'd estimate total pit lost time for the race in ~10s).

Things have improved over the last few days, with no clear issues arising. Today in Bahrein, we've noticed a clear jump in the pits that scrambled positions -- I assume based on other threads that it may be fixed with the rest of 2D over the next couple of weeks, but still to ensure reporting :)
