I can’t really understand how I should manage atrophy now.

Driver can lose from almost nothing per race to many percentage points. If a driver loses only 0.0x points per race how should I handle it?

Keep training the driver until he gets the bar to 100 or should I wait that he loses 1% of stats and then train him?

Do they even lose 0.0x% on every stat or just on one? if so, It would make sense to keep the training method to “All”, right?

It has been moved to a per-race impact instead of a seasonal impact, as per the decision announced in a previous thread.

Your question is an interesting one, both strategies can work.

From what I understand, the atrophy loss depends on the doctor's level (if you have a 5-star doctor, you lose -0.05%; if you have a lower-star doctor, you lose a higher percentage). As for the pit crew, you lose -0.34% regardless of the doctor's level (whether 5-star or 1-star).

From what I've seen, you lose it for every attribute, not just one. This is a problem, however, because it means that every 3 races your pit crew loses 4 skill points (1 skill, 1 form, 1 coordination, 1 composure), and it's impossible to recover them. At the moment it is difficult to recover 1 point per day.

Could pit crew atrophy loss be assessed based on doctor level (like for drivers) instead of -0.34% (regardless of doctor level)?

Thanks for the reply but you didn’t respond to all my questions :(

When the drivers finally reach 1% of total atrophy, do they lose 1% on every stat or on all? If on all, it seems excessive as training is brutally slow once drivers are near to maxed out (only 4 points per training).

Also there’s still a bug where drivers lose 11 points of health per training in contrast to 10 points (before the december update).

There were some issues in the calculation on day 1. I have refined them today to hopefully resolve this, it was displaying confusing values that didn't precisely align with the front-end UI percentages. Hopefully today it will be clearer and accurate. I need to see how it runs for all of you (let me know if the claimed drop aligns with your drivers).

This should only happen if the doctor is < 5 stars. Is that the case?

Thanks, I will have a look at it and see how it goes the next few races.

I have a 5 stars doctor, so it’s not the case. If my doctor had less than 5 stars my pit crew would lose 11 health points too. But it’s only the drivers that lose 11 points, the pit crew loses 10 as it should be.
