"Go to the race!".... but late!!!

hi dev,
in our championship called F1-BRAMA (https://igpmanager.com/app/p=league&id=11327), the button "go to the race" is always delayed. The race should start at 21:00 (GMT +1), but yesterday it became available at 21:06 (the race was on the 5th lap), today at 21:03 on the 3rd lap. We are several friends in this league, and we keep in touch with each other.
This happens with every device (pc, ios, android) and all the same way.
Can this also be a server problem?

I hope you can fix it with the new release, the game is fabulous and you work hard, count on you!

Is this only for you or is this occurring with your friends too?

To me it happens something similar, but only in my Pc, download all the data but it does not let me see the race, in my Android works perfect, although I suspect it is my PC would like to know if there is a solution?

The button doesn't show up until these times, and not only for me. All drivers in our champ (pro). I'm not sure in rookie because i havent friend on it.
The time block setting about 10 minutes before to start (correct)
