Patch for late race starts

A patch has been applied to bring significant improvements around the services that start races. This should ensure races start on time during normal service.

In the last couple of weeks under the huge demand we're experiencing, many races had been starting a few minutes late due to the amount of strain the demand was placing on the servers. They were basically struggling to cope with the demand, but the issue should be resolved now.

Please let me know in a reply if you see an improvement or not.

The go to race button actually has nothing to do with when qualifying ends, unless qualifying forces it to be later than it should be.

Go to race was moved later, to 2 minutes before the start time. This is intentional. It's not meant to be 5 minuntes before anymore, just as a precaution to give it some extra time to complete qualifying.

Hm, that is the GMT race start time. I can see that your race start time is 19:30 CET, or 17 minutes after your post. Where did you see the time saying the race would be at 17:30? It looks like everything ran on schedule but you were seeing the wrong timezone.
