My driver has randomly disappears?!

So I go to train my drivers a while after my previous race, and I notice my number one driver has been replaced with a 1 star driver. I had just renewed both my drivers contracts just after I levelled up so there is no reason why one of them should randomly be replaced. By viewing the last race I can see the driver I have lost doesn't belong to anyone and I can buy him back for 3 coins, but due to me training him up to have the red star level he is 'too high' a level for me to buy back. Has anyone else had the same problem of their driver being randomly replaced?

I have found him, but it cost me 11.5 miljan and 3 tokens

But him salary is now 1.2 mil instead of 500.000

That's so annoying, have you managed to buy yours back yet then? A shame the salary has gone up by so much as well.

I can't buy mine back which is the annoying part personally!

Why????

Because he is a level 9 driver and I am level 8. So I now have a level 1 driver as a replacement, don't know how to get him back?
