Can`t buy anyting via transfers

I have this problem on my two accounts and in all browsers on PC and smartphone. Some problems with servers again?

Yes same here i went to buy a driver but i couldt bid or anything,and this is becoming really annoying.So i hope that you Will fix this soon.Im playing this game on smartphone I dont know if this is necessary to mention.

Same here. Timer doesnt count back, i can not bid or buy any driver.
