Application Facebook Problem

I already have an account on igp as you can see but when I try putting my fb login on the app of my phone it tries for 2 seconds and then its going back to login screen and I cannot connect

Is the problem with the account you are posting with? What is your device and OS version?

Yey the problem is with my account.. my device is android and it has Android 7.0

Just tried it again. Same thing happens. 'Loads' for a few seconds and then returns

Does this problem happen on PC as well?

On PC it's fine. But on the app it hasnt worked once.

Okay. Until this issue is fixed, there is a workaround for it.

You can sign in with the e-mail you use to sign in to Facebook, but you will need to go to the password recovery form by tapping or clicking the link on the log in page. Type in the e-mail of your Facebook account and then check that e-mail address.

You will receive an e-mail with instructions on signing in with a password. Once you're signed in, make sure to change your password to something different.

This way, you can sign in using an e-mail for a while until the issue is resolved with logging in via Facebook.

Well. I can log in on my phone using my internet browser. Only issue with that is a wonky race viewer. I can wait untill this is fixed. Seeing as there are alot more important issues and bugs to be fixed

You can log in to the game using your phone's internet browser, but not the app, correct?

Same problem here but as you said i can access the account using the email address linked to the account

Hi all, I am seeing this issue is developing into something more problematic. I will ask Jack to take a look at it on Monday.

In the mean time, if you access your account via Facebook in the app or on PC, but can't, please follow these instructions as a temporary workaround:

1. Go to the password recovery form by tapping or clicking the link on the login page.

2. Type in the e-mail address of your Facebook account, then check for an e-mail at that e-mail address with instructions on signing in with a password.

3. Return to the iGP Manager login page and sign in with iGP Manager, not Facebook. Enter your Facebook account e-mail address and the new password from the e-mail.

4. Once you are signed in, make sure to change your password to something different and if desired, change your e-mail address to the e-mail address you’d like to sign in with.

This way, you can sign in using an e-mail for a while until the issue is resolved with logging in via Facebook.

I use the same email on my 2nd account as the email used on my facebook. So wont work. But correct. Login works on my phones internet browser. But not the app

You can change the e-mail on your second account to access the Facebook one if you really need to.

If you were previously having an issue logging in via Facebook, please try now. A fix has been made, and we need verification that logging in via Facebook is working correctly.

I can now log in with Facebook on the app and using safari on iPhone 6... nice work.
