Selling or buying drivers or staff question

I had a question since I am confused on this subject when I see posts. People asking they are willing to pay big $ or coins or willing to sell for big $ and coins there driver or staff.

How does that work since I thought all you could do is two options 1) put up for auction or 2) sell immediately. In either case your not putting the money or amount you get it is done automatically.

Since I thought when someone had someone for sale they have to put him up for auction and then post the direct link and people can buy out right or place a bid and maybe cause a bidding war. But I did not think I could be like I will buy your guy who is it even for sale yet and we agree on a price ($ and/or coins) and then complete the transaction.

So what am I missing here or are other people just using wrong words when posting which is confusing me.

I participate at my 1st driver market. I m so unhappy about igp manager. I make one offer to a driver with one houre before deadline. Put i stayed and saw other offers. So in last two seconds i made another offer and another to be sure. The time add 60 s where managers made another offers, i made myself three offers in last three seconds. Than again add 60 s where i made again in last seconds 5,6 offers and... nothing! My tokens were empty and i did not be able to continue de bid for that driver and lost him. What i do wrong here? In other game, i buy driver without real money invest, here i need to buy token with real money and just after that i can buy maybeeee, maybeee a decent driver?

I saw that this is the marketplace topic, just one question. To buy a driver you need token with real money invests here? ,without token, i can t buy driver and staff?

You can earn tokens by signing a primary sponsor to your team on the Finances page.

I saw now. Damn. That s means that managers are not equal from the start. I read the instructions guide and saw that managers can buy with real money new pieces, so who has money, are always on advantages, compared with others f1 game where i play gpro.net and were real money dont influence the car and staff.
In igp, money comes easy? There are some tools, like in gpro, who can help me to know when a pieces needs to be changed?

Je me suis également fait avoir que des enchère perdant au moins 20 jetons.
Depuis j ai arrêté et je monte mes pilotes tout seul beaucoup plus rentable en 7 course ils sont passés de 1 étoile à 4.5.
L idéal et d acheter en achat immédiat mais va coûte beaucoup de jetons !
