Paint Editor Doesn't work

I play using iPad and iPhone, but I've never been able to edit the color scheme of my car. I mean, I can't customize it, I can only change the colors for solid ones. All it says in the Paint Editor is "this option will be available soon". But i've been playing the game since march. I'm in my fifth season, 2 titles... Anyway, do I need an app or something like that?

The livery editor is not available yet in the app. It's been under heavy development and is in the stage of finishing touches.

Is it available anywhere else?

On a computer, using Internet Explorer or Safari browsers to run the plugin that is currently in use.

Would be cool if they allow upload of customized png livery onto the car.
