he lost more than 2M per race what can he do?

Suppliers: take all the cheapest.
Primary Sponsor: 1,2 or 3 tokens. left to right, money gets lower the farther right you go.
Secondary Sponsor: left to right, money gets higher the farther right you go.
Let the doctor leave and don't get a new one. 50k a race replacement keep and use.
CD & TD get the cheapest 4.5 or 5 star you can find. Never renew the contract let it run out and hire them again, stops wages increasing.
Drivers, keep the cheapest one and hire a 1 star or let one leave and don't hire a new one, keep the 50K a race replacement driver it gives you.
If that doesnt start making you money then let all driver and staff go and have some of the hardest races of your life.

Drivers are the only people you have to renew contracts to keep their wages low.
Spend all tokens you make wisely in the shop

But drivers are very expensive, if you let a driver leave, you can hire the same driver later for free?

Not for free, signing fee plus higher wage to get the same driver again.

Also there is the odd 20 talent driver at 375k a race kicking around from time to time that I release. :)

Sadly 600m would take a very long time to get back. Only way really to get that back quickly would be to splash out on some tokens.

I lose 3,2 m every race. In 9 races i will not have any budget.
