Race finished but is still "live" and "go to race" button still present

I'm investigating this now.

Did the race ever start? Or were you never able to join?

From what I am seeing it seems that a whole series of races didn't start around the time you report. It looks isolated to a single server, so it must be something to do with that server. We'll look in to that in detail throughout tomorrow.

For tonight, I may have no alternative but to skip these races and award some tokens.

That's correct. It is not possible to re-run those races at this point. There was some kind of error on the server hosting your race, and it was isolated to this server only. The majority of the service ran just fine through this period, but many races on this one server during a short period either stopped or did not start. It looks as if the server had an issue and perhaps restarted all its services without resuming the races. I am very sorry about that, and I hope the free tokens and our apology will go some way to remedy the inconvenience this caused.

It also causes us a great inconvenience when a server has an issue like this, probably more than anybody else, so we can't take it lightly. Like now, it forces me to work for hours at 11pm, when I am half asleep, for example. So there is especially no joy when that happens for us. We will be launching a detailed investigation tomorrow. For now, I have made the best of a difficult situation and I hope it goes some way to helping. If you need further assistance with anything just let me know.
