"Bid" and "Buy Now" button in mobile app dont respond

...as the title says those 2 button dont do anything, u cant bid or buy straight away any driver or staff...

Can you see a countdown timer above the bid and buy now buttons?

If no, is the problem happening over wi-fi, cellular data, or both?
Is the problem happening in the app, on a PC, or both?

If in the app, what is the OS version of your phone? (Go to Settings and About Device to find this)
If on a PC, what browser is the problem occurring in? Did you try a different browser? If yes, which ones?

Can't buy anything too. Seems that Market is down because there is no bid at all in the game.

Work well on a PC, you're right. Will try with data instead of wi-fi later. I'm using Android 4.3.

...no I don't see the timer, it happens on the mobile app either with wifi or data connection, the os is 4.2.2...

Any news about the bug ? Is there anything i can do to fix it ?

Edit : Okay seems that the app do not work atm. I use my web browser on the phone (chrome) and it's perfect.

Second tour of bid not work a deal I lost my T coin. In android 5.0.2 with wifi. I see the countdown , but I can push in bid button. I've a picture to see my fist tour bid.

We have some ideas of what this might be, but there is no concrete link yet. The issue is something to do with a specific set of devices and/or internet connections and it affects the transfers page only. Bear in mind we are still only a team of five working from home. We have to test on the devices we have, and it works on those and for the vast majority of players. So far we haven't been able to reproduce the issue which is the main reason it has persisted for a short time for those experiencing it. For that I can only apologise.

We want to ensure it works on all devices, so this case is very high priority right now. It will be looked at in the days ahead. We suspect perhaps the browser is blocking port-based connections or that a proxy or firewall of some sort is intervening. Without being able to reproduce it, it is very hard to say at this point.

As per the other thread for me it is specifically the default Samsung browser and the App on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet. Does the app make use the default browser? If I acccess iGP on this device using Chrome the market works okay. Android Ver 4.2.2.
On my Galaxy S7 phone (Android Ver 7.0) the market works fine both with the default Samsung browser and the App connected either by WiFi (Virgin Media) or mobile data (Vodafone).

I just made a transfer using the internet "Chrone" and everything went well. The problem comes from the application I suppose.

Yes, the app does use the default browser (in iOS it uses Safari). We also determined the problem is not occurring on versions 4.0.xx so far, but happens on versions 4.1.xx and above reported in the other thread.

Hi Sebastien, if the problem in the app is occurring over wi-fi, please try with your cellular data connection.

My problem is on Samsung GT-S7580', Android System v. 4.2.2., with The App and browser safari. I dont view The time And i can't pus button To Buy.
Aldo with Firefox browser on Phone or with PC all id Ok.

I have a suspicion that this was caused by a recent upgrade to several JavaScript libraries used on the website. Perhaps they are not providing backwards compatibility for the old Android WebKit browser anymore... We will be testing this over the next couple of days among other things we will be fixing. If we make any progress I will let you know.
