Report Race Viewer Issues Here

Please report any bugs found in the race viewer in this thread.

I still have problems with loading the race viewer... i play on my laptop, on chrome... i've also tried firefox but nothing works. Sometimes i get an error and sometimes it will load but then i get the sound but with black screen... i've also tried to clear caches, ctr-F5 but still nothing

This error message at end of each race for the past week or so:

An exception has occurred, but exception handling has been disabled in this build. If you are the developer of this content, enable exceptions in your project WebGL player settings to be able to catch the exception or see the stack trace.

Using Firefox. Have cleared cache. Otherwise it's working beautifully.

well, this is abu dhabi, just when zoomed 100%. pity i discovered in the last laps so i couldnt test it anymore.

it was not all the track. just when i was coming down the straight at the west of the track (the straight after drs straight) like in the middle of that vertical straight, just when i have it zoomed 100% i saw this!

That's strange. I will send it to the developers to see what they think.

ok, i'll try spectating tomorrow. i think it's strange too, havent seen anything like that before so maybe it was my nvidia or something local. it really looks horrible :P but i dont know because it's just the track what's wrong.

I don't know why but I can't enter to Race viewer. It's hanging still on "Loading the resources - 0%" without luck - any suggestions ?

Has this ever been a problem before or is it your first time entering a race?
Is the issue in the app or on a PC?

Go to account settings and set the race viewer quality on the lowest setting and try again, then report whether it worked or not.

looks like it was local. spectating i haven't got that issue. ;)

On different machine, I have the same problems. Any advise what I should check ?

What does "same" mean?

Still hanging on "loading resources - 0%". I changed quality viewer to low in account settings

Please deleting the cache from the browser. If that does not help, try a different one. Let me know what happens.

Firefox 56.0 (32-bit). Web version.

Viewer has track turning pitch black on high zoom. Didn't try on all parts of the track but whenever I zoomed farther, the track turned into the deep abyss as shown below:

Hello all, the latest version of the race viewer has been released on the web and the Android app has been updated. iOS update will be available soon!

Since Friday I have trouble getting into races, both in Firefox and Chrome. And the app has issues too, with cars passing through the pits, or with drs active for entire turns. Not to mention that sometimes the car disappears from one place and appears in another.

Did you update the app?

in Firefox and Chrome, delete the cache and try loading the race viewer again.
