Same problem here. Race was due to start 4 minutes ago. The league is called iGP International

Our league seems to be experiencing the issue that says race is finished when trying to enter the race viewer.

Hi, our race has finished (International Pound Series) but the 'go to race' option is still available. After clicking on it a message 'race has finished' appears but the standings have not been updated, design points have not been awarded etc because of the 'go to race' option.

Guys race was due to start at 22:00 GMT. It has finished the practice period but not produced any result for the Qualifying and now the race has not started.
