Hello. Do not you see that people are leaving the game because they can not repair the cars because there is no part because the ads can not be viewed? Why do not you do anything about it? Since you can not deal with commercials, at least temporarily withdraw the repair option. You destroy your work yourself, which is a pity. When the parts run out, I will also stop playing because of your short-sightedness.
The faster you take care of it the better. Just new tracks are not the most important. What do I do after new tracks when I can not drive old ones? Regards

Go to the following forum thread
Can't watch ads? Post here!

To be eligible for free parts, you must have less than 75 parts and must post below how many parts you have remaining. Failure to write this information will mean no parts will be added to your account! If you have more than 75 parts remaining you will not receive parts!

Hi Darek, if you read the latest blog you will see we have been working on this. Relevant section quoted below:
We have secured a new ads partner and are currently integrating their platform in to iGP Manager. The aim is that their ads will show more reliably than our current partner(s) whose platform has stopped working for some users due to new EU GDPR regulations. This was not something we were warned about. Our new partner has shown a willingness to help better the user experience with rewarded video ads in iGP Manager, and we're excited to introduce their platform in the next Android update. It will follow on iOS as soon as it is ready.

To summarise, our current ads stopped working for some users in the EU because of the new GDPR regulations which came in to force. Our ads partner (another company whose code we rely on, not us) decided to handle the situation by shutting down ads entirely... and they did not inform us in advance that this would be the case. In other words, they chose to cover their own ass legally by breaking the functionality in our product, and any of their other clients, and didn't warn us that this would happen.

That's why we're moving to a new ads partner. Their code will be in the next major update, which we expect within a month. It would be nice if making games was like writing a Word Document and we could 'drag and drop' ads partners and then press 'Save', but it's a complex project with tens of thousands of lines of code. When a partner puts us in a difficult position like this, it then falls on us to pick up the mess and this can take weeks. Finding a new partner, signing contracts with them, reading documentation on how to integrate their code, integrating the code, having it reviewed by testers, then building it into an update. For what it's worth, we are not seeing significant numbers of users stop playing while this is addressed; although I can't speak to individual leagues.

Hopefully you understand it is a temporary situation and solutions are in progress. As Ice Man has highlighted above our support staff are also awarding free parts to anyone that requests them at this time. We're doing everything we can.

Makes it sound pretty bad. What happened to the parts shop that produces those?
Edit: I just feel like you should do actual work to get faster

Or you could improve your headquarters to produce parts instead of relying on "free" parts from videos.

P.S - free parts are working for me on IOs app

issue with parts isnt just ads its how many parts cars uses compared to how many you can get without spending big amounts of tokens. for new players they leave almost right away simply as they can not repair cars due to needing more parts then they will ever be able to produce or afford with tokens without spending a lot of real cash for them

Keep in mind that the main thing is to raise the factory level but also the reliability of the car which reduces the wear of the car in each race. Let us not be naive, it is not the fault of the advertising system at all, that is something that should be used promptly. The team strategy should take into account car wear and expansion plans should include upgrading the factory.

I don't like to use reliability though. It's completely useless for car performance and thus by raising it you build up quite the car handicap. You can't even use research to help you out because noone else is usually going for it because they go for performance. Then it isn't that effective in reducing part needs in repairing the cars anyway.

Then it's an issue of the game manual/explaining how things work, though. At the very beginning you can produce way more parts than you need. It's mostly in the midgame where it can be an issue, but only if you decide it to be one. It all comes down to design building level, and thus amount of design points, versus manufacturing building level but with the big hook that with both at the same level the manufacturing building can't keep up with the demand. So as a manager you have several options:

-You keep the design building at a state you equal out parts needs with production capabilities. You've got a design point   handicap though you have to overcome by partly research and mostly by doing better than the competitors otherwise.
-You make sure you build up a nice pool of parts early on by keeping manufacturing at the max and keep design low to fuel the extra parts needed to go to the max later. (I did that, currently 303 parts left from 350-400)
-You always max the design and rely on getting extra parts with
  -the Ad-system in the App
-buy extra parts with token by really carefully managing your budget, money and token because obviously you can't buy that       much money now. (That's the plan once my surplus parts are used up)
-buy extra parts using token bought for real money (My emergency plan B, I do buy a few token from time to time anyway to       help funding the game and then spend (more than) that on liveries and to get the YA drivers just how I want her/him)

I have played one season and parts ran out given it takes 5 days or lot of tokens to build HQ buildings you can't keep the supply up for parts unless you are part of a league that races once or twice a week and don't build anything else so issue isn't the mid game it's the start of game when in rookie you will be using to many parts compared to what you will produce making people quit after one or 2 seasons with rookies already being an issue with a lot of leagues in the forums already

Then something was wrong with your starting account. Normally you start with some parts and each race needs only one part per car to repair, exception might be Italy, until you start to build up design. Since Manufacturing only requires two days build time and the first level up is often almost instantly after a race or two it's no problem to build that one level required to about match the needs for a two car team and then further as soon as the team levels for more and more surplus before the initial pool would run out, that surplus then can be matched with design building upgrades according to plans and needs.

Freeze parts wear could be a good idea

The reliability stat works?

It does work but as soon as you're out of the single digit values the effect is really low. It's mostly only able to tip the scales of races where part needs are just above that line to be rounded up.
