We were supposed to be racing today at 9pm BST at Abu Dhabi, but qualifying hasn't happened, and now it's all been canceled by the service, can I have some info on what's going on please? 

UPDATE
So the race has just randomly happened, but is now saying the race is finished? What is going on.It's supposed to have just started

UPDATE 2
So it's finally settled and is working, but I'd still like some info on why this happened
