This is now several days that I am trying to get support and answers from iGP without success.
Since the general bug on the 23th my league is facing issues after issues. I keep reporting them and asking for a feedback (https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread_12/15740). I get nothing. Some issues were sorted but still, many are still on. It is putting a lot of pressure. Already some managers are leaving the league because they are not happy.
Again in the afternoon, I sent messages and no one from iGP answered. As I said, I truly understand the challenges faced during the past days. But, it is now 3 days that I am asking for support and do not get it. And the list of issues is adding up.
Since 2 days:
- a rerun (Brazil) happend yesterday without us being informed. I had requested it to happen tonight.
- in parallel the following race of the calendar (Abu Dhabi) took place in the same time when this one was initially scheduled for today (before the bug of the 23rd).
- because it was the two last races of our season, since yesterday all our cars returned to their level of season start.
- some managers have now their finance in negative because they were away during the two races that took place yesterday evening and they could not reach their objectives.
- all upgrades realized by some other managers in their HO during the entire season disappeared.
- 2 Elite managers have been downgraded to Pro and yet the season is not finished. Same for some Rookies upgraded to Pro. And those ones cannot go back to the Beginners because since, new beginners have joined the league and the beginner level is now full.
- In addition, the race we reran tonight for the second time now (GP of Brazil now ran 3 times) started at 10pm and is still on. It is now 11:22pm.
- During this race, some managers had their settings from two days ago automatically set, meaning rain settings for a dry race tonight.
I keep asking for support and get nothing. Please, could someone tell me how to get it? I might be using the wrong way.
