Mate well done for going out on your own and giving it a try!! Dont let it get you down though keep you chin up and go!! You are the sort of person i wished i had in my league but we are at opposite ends of the time scale. Good luck and never struggle!!

Oh dear apparently you have to have 2 teams in order to race. Did not know that. Makes sense really...

Not many I'm afraid! Which is why we need active players.

Drew - I see you have limited numbers in your league. We do too, especially in Pro and to some extent Elite.

Our rookie league is pretty active and social.

Hey Simon, yeah we do seem to be struggling for numbers. I am up for merging but there are two problems. One is I passed the running of the league to John so I'll need to check, and obviously there is the time. I left a league because the time didn't suit me. I mean is your league happy to change the time of race to 10pm? 

I don’t think we would be mate - we have a few people based in Europe, so that would be pretty late for them

NOMB........ however, I consider this merge conversation to be extremely unethical on an open forum for many reasons.... I'll just mention a few;

• Use the personal messaging system provided by iGP.


• The poster is looking to recruit new players.


• Disassembling his recently created league is not the subject at hand.


• A shark smells blood when his prey is weak.


• This league is at its infant stages, it doesn't get any weaker than this.


• Offering help to fill this league is definitely more relevant than creating more chaos. 

Simon, you spoke of "merging" but at the very first point of conflict(race times) you were very strong on rejecting it. To merge is to compromise/combine several entities into one. To do that, all parties involve must have common goals  to have a chance to succeed.... 

Drew, you are doing all the right things. But like most things, it all takes time.... Be patient.... Readers like me pay attention to the way you conduct yourself here. you may care about it...you may not....I presume you do. 

At the end, is each individual's decision to move or not move from any league......but if this is how one goes about recruiting....sorry, thanks but not thanks. Integrity goes a long way.

Well, that seems a bit over the top, unnecessary and however else you want to describe it.

I'm not sure my integrity has ever been questioned in real-life or any game I've ever played.

I'm very sure that:
a) Drew wasn't offended by it
b) Drew knows I didn't mean any offence, and
c) you're right - it is none of your business.

Sorry to come across as being blunt, but you seem to be trying to create an issue out of absolutely nothing.

Drew's league has the same struggles as ours, and the 'common goal' that you mentioned was to have a fuller league. Quite frankly I don't mind whose league it is (i'm not even the owner/admin of ours), so I'm not too fussed.
My only motive for posting was to achieve a fuller league.

And ref the 'conflict' - he asked a question, I answered. Absolutely nothing wrong with any of that.

If you have nothing constructive to add to a thread (at least I was trying to resolve poor numbers in both our leagues), perhaps you should refrain from posting.
