You all are doing a great job in my humble opinion. Indeed excellent moderation. My only pet peeve is the locking of old "solved" or inactive threads :P But that is not iGP specific really. It is basically on every single board everywhere :) 



And that gave me an idea, how about being able to give "kudos" on peoples manager page? To show the love anonymously.. It could help the entire community to start being extra helpful to gain more points.
