Hi all, a question that has been bugging me for a while. I am a level 20 team and have been for a while, but when i train a new driver from my academy they max out all area's, but only ever rated 18. I have a second team that is at level 19, with a maxed driver, he took longer to max out, but ended up at 19 rated. Also have seen drivers rated at 20.
Why is this please? Does a maxed 20 rated driver have an advantaged over a maxed 18 rated driver? Why can i only ever train a driver to a maxed 18 rated? Why does a lower level team be able to max a driver to a higher over all level?
Sorry for all the questions, hopefully someone can spread some light on this.
