What did you try to do?
After a race finished, I trained 10x my drivers.

What happened instead?
My 2nd driver, G Silvestri, instead of increasing the progress, DECREASED from 40 to 24 (see video below)

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
PC

What operating system is your PC?
Ubuntu

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Google Chrome

Can the bug be reproduced?
This only happens after a race is finished!
And it only happens to my 2nd driver, G Silvestri.

Additional comments:
I am expecting some kind of compensation for this, my youngest driver is not progressing for the past 5/6 races...

This is only because what you are trying to train is already maxed, it’s not a bug.

Why doesn't it default to something that is not maxed out yet??

Because you selected to focus the training on driving ability instead of selecting "All".

I still think the training focus should move by default to another area that is available to be trained. Or maybe hide the options that are already maxed out?

Yeah I agree, this happened to me too

So, u suggest the game shall be smarter than u? Clearly there are more areas, where the game can help u out. In the end, none of us has to do any more decisions. The game plays itself! That would be a great improvement. ;-)

Its just a pointer in the right direction

I think a pointer should be that the bar or text or button changes colour to orange for example when you are on the last skill to be trained or last skill minus one.

Yikes...

I am just asking for something to be done to avoid training something that is already maxed out, some kind of indicator at least.

Maybe before you reported this as a bug you should have checked to see if driving ability was maxed, it is not our problem that you don’t check your drivers stats.

Of course, instead, the obvious and expected behavior is to decrease my driver progression, which makes total sense ????????
I bet you guys loved the 3D update while there are way bigger problems in this game and the people that develop this game are a problem themselves xD

I didn’t  even like the 3-D update, I just don’t see a point in adding something to the game when the manager can check and fix the problem themself. I guess I found the difference between a descent and a good manager though.

Of course that makes sense. If you send your driver to a training, his health will go down, that's absolutely normal. It's not the game or your driver's fault he gets tired by training something he can't improve on anymore, he just does what you ask.

Yes, his health, but his progress? Thats just weird to me. Many people don't know the training limits, in fact I got the weight limit wrong before. Just a simple tab saying you are maxed out

Hello!

Very appreciated the comment about us being a problem to ourselves. Anyway I am going to comment in a polite way.

As the game says clearly on the title this is a manager game, you as manager should be aware of things that maybe aren’t clear at all, but I’m sure real-life manager don’t have everything clear on a sheet. Why would the game train another stat if clearly you’re asking the driver to train something, even if it’s already maxed out? Do you want the game to play for you? Then unfortunately we aren’t your game.

Before in the afternoon I deleted one comment from you saying this was a very toxic community, I won’t tolerate it anymore, I did once because I could understand your frustration. For the record, this is the best community in all this sector of racing management games. Let’s be everyone fair, this is an open forum, if you don’t want to receive positive or negative feedback about your suggestion then just paste it on a notebook.

I do read all the topics on the forum, unfortunately my time is limited, and I can’t write a comment everywhere. Sometimes I see managers frustrated about their ideas not being welcomed by other players, but this is a forum and everyone is welcome and their constructive feedback even more.

I really hope you calm down, think about it and realize it was your mistake to train a maxed out skill. Mistakes make you better.

Yes of course. With every training your health goes down and your progress increases. When your progress reaches 100, it goes back to 0 and one stat goes +1. In this case the only thing that didn't happen was the stat going +1, because he chose something that was already maxed.

It would be visually more clear if he didn't do 10x trainings at once. then you would really see the progress bar go to 100 and start over at 0. Now it just immediately shows the result of 10 consecutive trainings and it looks like the progress bar is just going down.
