What use is the Office and hospitality in the game. What does improving this help.

Hello,

The O&H headquarter increases the minimum morale of your staff - however, seeing as staff stats are irrelevant (only the star level counts), upgrading Offices is pretty pointless.

However, I chose to upgrade mine to L20 as a screen full of 5* is aesthetically pleasing ;)

Might be wrong but I'm pretty sure morale affects retirement age for staff?

Hello,

I've seen that mentioned a few times on the forum a few times Rhys, so you might not be wrong. I've found they usually retire at ~500 races, so higher morale may increase this, but I've never tested it. 

Has anyone tested the impact morale has on retirement age of staff?
