Limit number of reserve staff.

Very difficult to find staff and drivers.  Anyway to limit the max # of drivers and staff managers can hoard?

For example max of 2 or 3 reserve drivers and max of 6 to 8 reserve staff.

What are the valid reasons why we would need to keep more reserves than that?

Already has happened, If I am correct it is 5 for each staff position and 5 for drivers. 

50 spare drivers???

That limit applies to what... 1% of the userbase. 😐

What are the massively important reasons to keep 50 drivers? Other than taking them off the market?

The drivers limit is quite high, yes, but I can assure you that almost nobody (if any) even stack that many of them.

Most of the people just have their active drivers + 2-3 spares (from their own academy that will most likely never make the market).
