Why can't we buy a driver with 3 tokens anymore? It's difficult to find good drivers because i haven't built an academy yet

The ability to purchase drivers and staff outside the auction (aka Black Market) was removed two months ago to prevent bots from soaking up all the good CDs.

You can still "buy now" with 9 tokens if you see a good driver on the market or if you can persuade another manager to donate one to you.
Maybe it's time to start developing your academy, but be warned promoting a driver now costs 50 tokens.
