The pain of transfer market...

Do you feel that the breeds you find within the transfer lists (drivers and staffs) are just the same over and over like revolving just in circles, especially those who are not in your quality standards and notably, you find their names very frequently even remembering them? Let me know....

Yeah, it's hard to look after T20 drivers and a 5 stars TD in my side at the moment....

Yes, luckily when I increase my level (or someone buys staff/drivers) the lists change.

My bad for replying it too long. Actually it has been happening since i leveled up from level 15 until now. I try keeping sight on different times at the transfer market, indeed they are changed but only just, i could only find a full 5 star chief director. No TD or doctors on the transfer market have the needed quality whatsoever despite for days or even months now checking the transfer market at any time possible. It's darn frustrating...

I feel like the transfer market hasn't been as good ever since the changes were implemented.  I rarely find any 5 star staff anymore.

Yeah I feel its impossible to find good staff now with good attributes. And with the obscene token prices on Office scouting it lowers the competitiveness. Shouldnt we have the best staff possible to make it exciting?

It's as if a while ago they announced they are working on a new system to go with the new offices and hospitality building. Should be a lot more good staff and drivers available then. 👍

The prices on the offices are actually convenient, you can wait to get a good enough CD and promote him for 50 tokens, when you would usually have to spend even 100 for one on the transfer market to change weakness/strenght. You also have to note that this CD will be very young and will last for more than a real life year in addition to the really low wages.
One last thing, you cannot find "good" drivers on the transfer market until you are level 19, maybe level 18 where you could see some T20s here and there
