when it loads up it stops working and doesnt go all the way can anyone help

Hello,

Please can you provide some more details into which device you're encountering this issue? This will help the developers be able to diagnose and fix the bug should an investigation be necessary.
Some information which can be useful:
• Device type (Phone, tablet, laptop etc)?
• OS (Apple, Android etc)?
• The RAM number of your device (some low-end devices may struggle to run the 3D viewer, due to a lot of processing power being needed).

As well as this information, attaching a video of the issue happening can also help.

Hello, I have an Android and the 3D option doesn't work.
Also when I clik to activate the function it doesn' work.

When I try to downoad deskop app, it deletes itself.
Laptop configuration:

Hello,

For those facing an issue with the 3D viewer on their phones and/or tablets, the following comment was written internally by iGP Community Manager José Trujillo.

"3D is now restricted for devices that can't handle it properly"

This could explain why some of the devices are having issues loading the viewer.

Hello,
When I asked internally about what could be causing this issue, I got the following reply which relates to the app not being able to load 3D.

"At the moment this functionality is being tested. We have started with several devices that we believe do not work well with 3D mode. In the next update we will include an analysis tool with which we will be able to see the fps rate and thus determine more accurately which devices will be limited to not being able to use 3D. This is Google Play or AppStore only."

This will sound weird, but I didn't do anything differently than when I download games normally. It was like the problem just fixed itself.

Update: application decided to self delete and for now, it seems that problems came up again.
